I have no clue where to start. Journal? Land? What comes first. I am lost and do not know where I should start. I know this is important to be self sufficient but groups are important also.

In your #3 response above, is the informal (1-page) plan on how we will fund this project, our timeline, and how we will live in the meantime part of a Path lesson to be submitted? Or do we simply submit it to you prior to taking a tour of Riverbed and potentially reserving the lots?
