What is the current single biggest challenge / obstacle you currently know of or anticipate that needs overcome for this venture to be realized and successful?

Really good question. We have solutions for everything that we are aware of. The one big unknown is conflict resolution. Risk management is a key concern. We are creating a conflict resolution team with trained and experienced personnel. These include family therapists and others. Also we are getting a large umbrella insurance policy. Part of our Health Clinic will include life coach counseling. People are our greatest asset and also the greatest liability. But, it is my opinion that is one of the main reasons we are her on earth and that is to learn how to get along with each other.
There is one other concern and that is dealing with the economy. If there is a significant down turn impacting people’s equity and reducing their ability to make the transition, we are looking at other strategies to help mitigate those challenges.
