Can the ‘time frames’ for planning and construction be adjusted at all?

Due to holding all of the other shareholders to the current membership agreements, I do not see this as being a possibility. In addition, I and others do not think that the economy will be very forgiving beyond the time frame that is included in the agreement. With that said we are not in the business of kicking people out if they have a hardship, but to knowingly entertain a delay, I don’t think it would be approved, especially with the bee involvement.
