In regards to the cottage industry, Does this mean that the co-op plans to set up booths at farmers’ markets where all the produce will be sold under the combined banner of OSR? Also, what consequences might there be for members who end up not participating in cooperative activities as agreed?

The coop will have its own farmers market. No one has to participate. This is for the shareholders who would like a market to sell their goods, services and products. The only cost to the shareholders participating will only be the costs to operate the market. There will be a brick and mortar and an online presence.
