Assuming there are enough members of a specific religion, will there be room on or near the co-op for a house of worship, or will people have to drive a long distance to go to church? (I believe that 250 families is larger than most wards in Utah)

There are at least these two options:
- The board could sell one of our 7 surplus lots to a congregation, or
- Any shareholder, if I understand the zoning correctly, could build a house of worship on their own lot.
