Is the campground for the shareholders to live in while building? And then for visitors after the community is established? And will that be constructed first or can we have campers on our land while building?
Update: Juab County informed us that they are willing to allow campers on shareholders’ lots while they build their homes. However, we still feel it would be beneficial for shareholders to use the RV/Campground to benefit from the social connections that can be enjoyed there in the evenings.
By the way, we hold Q&A webinar every Wednesday evening at 8pm. See our Events Calendar to register.
Yes the campground is for shareholders till they get their certificate of occupancy from the county building department. There will be a cost but only the operating cost. There will be no campers on the property until they have the occupancy certificate. County health and safety issues. Also the campground provides a social environment for families and a chance for neighbors to get to know each other.
