The Utah OSR Land Cooperative held it’s first official Board of Directors meeting on Monday of this week and officers were selected. The pilot hemp for CBD oil project is well underway with two farm implements having been designed and built to help with transplanting the starts either Saturday or the following Monday. One well has been made operational for the hemp crop and another may be in operation by this weekend's Super Saturday. 

With Mark Miner monitoring the property because we now have equipment on site and crops going in, we can now rest assured that all is well. Larry Jones is working on getting cellular service to the property. Our Surveyor, David Yarrington is on site identifying and marking boundaries, which will allow us to start working on creating the site plan and assigning 2-acre parcels based on first come first served.  Preparations are being made for this week’s activities and future service projects are in full swing.

The exciting part for me is seeing individuals coming together and participating in each of these areas. Watching the physical project come online is fun, but watching the new relationships develop between the current shareholders is the most rewarding. The creation of a community with like-minded neighbors that are our friends is well underway.
