It has been a busy and exciting two weeks since my last correspondence. My sweetheart and I have moved to our 2 acres on the Utah OSR Land Cooperative Riverbed Ranch. It was full of challenges, yet we feel like we are home. There is a great deal of work to be done to transform our homestead into all that we have planned for it, but the biggest hurdle has been made. We are excited.

The sand and gravel pit are in operation and the concrete batch plant is being assembled.Verbal negotiations for a well-driller was completed this very day with anticipation of the first well being started within two-three weeks, along with testing the most southern and northern wells for capacity, to determine the size of pump required at those locations. In addition, we have been informed that by applying for test well permits we can start drilling immediately.

The first twenty-five-hundred-gallon water tanks have been delivered to several of the shareholders with more coming. The first solar systems for several of the shareholders are scheduled to be online within the next ten days. Pad preparation has been completed for barns that are expected to be delivered in the next couple of weeks.

Eight members of the land cooperative met with the Juab County Special District Fire Department Board last week and our volunteer fire department begins training under the direction of the Eureka Fire Chief. This is an exciting development providing the foundation for our own first responder presence. With this development, the first three building permits will be released this coming Monday.

All in all, two years of planning and work is bearing fruit. There are over forty shareholders with the latest member coming on board Monday and others making preparations to join. Each one brings their own special talents and contributions to the Utah OSR Land Cooperative community. We look forward to bringing new updates on a regular basis over the coming months.

God speed,
Philip J. Gleason
Director
